Terms of service

SultanBigBazar hosts independent sellers. A product page is an offer from that vendor or, for dropshipped goods, from the dropshipper mapping a supplier SKU. The contract for the goods is between you and that seller; we provide checkout, routing, and dispute tools.

You must give a working email and keep your password private. One person should not share a seller account. We may suspend accounts that abuse listings, reviews, or payments. Closing an account does not cancel open orders.

Prices on the site are displays. Totals, discounts, shipping, and tax are recomputed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, or a listing that violates policy. You will be told if that happens.

Vendors own their catalogue and fulfilment. Suppliers own warehouse stock. Dropshippers must not present supplier goods as their own inventory. Commission and payouts follow the seller agreement after admin approval.

Do not list illegal goods, counterfeit brands, or content you do not have rights to. Do not scrape the catalogue, attack the site, or manipulate reviews. We may remove listings and report criminal activity.

To the extent Bangladesh law allows, we are not liable for seller delay, courier loss beyond our control, or indirect loss. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support may be taken to the courts of Dhaka.
