Returns & refunds
How to send an item back, who inspects it, and when money is released. Window and condition rules apply to most catalogue items; some categories are excluded.

Return window
You generally have seven days from delivery to request a return, unless the listing or vendor policy states a different window. The clock starts when the courier marks the parcel delivered.
What we accept
Items should be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included — unless they arrived damaged or not as described.
- Accepted: unused fashion, home, and most electronics in sellable condition.
- Usually excluded: perishables, opened cosmetics, innerwear, custom-made goods, and digital codes.
- Defective or wrong-item deliveries can be returned even if opened; keep photos of the parcel and the product.
Who handles the return
Marketplace orders can split across sellers. Each line goes back to the vendor or supplier who fulfilled it. We open one return request per order; inspection and refund follow that seller’s queue.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when the gateway allows it. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to a bKash, Nagad, or bank account you nominate. Platform fees on a fully returned line are reversed; shipping may be deducted if the return is a change of mind.
How to start
Use Track Order with your order ID, or write to support from Help Center. Do not post items back without a return ID — unlabelled parcels are hard to match to an account.
