Delivery across Bangladesh, how split marketplace orders ship, and where to read tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout — never trust a cart estimate as final.

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in Bangladesh. Checkout asks for division, district, and a full street address so the courier can find you. Incomplete addresses delay handover.

Typical timelines

These are working-day estimates after the seller hands the parcel to a courier, not after you click Place order. Flash-sale and preorder listings may take longer and say so on the product page.

Dhaka metro: usually 1–3 days.
Other districts: usually 2–5 days.
Remote or island locations: allow extra time; some PIN codes are courier-restricted.

Split shipments

A cart with lines from more than one vendor or supplier can leave in more than one packet. You may receive separate tracking numbers. Delivery of one packet does not cancel the others.

Cost

Shipping is quoted at checkout from zone and weight rules. Free-shipping promotions apply only when the listing or campaign says so. Cash-on-delivery may add a collection fee.

Tracking

When a seller provides a tracking number it appears on the order. Public tracking starts at Track Order. If a packet is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact support the same day with photos of the doorstep if you can.
