Privacy policy

We collect what we need to run a marketplace account and fulfil orders.

• Identity: name, email, phone, password hash, and optional date of birth.
• Orders: addresses, line items, payment method (not full card PAN — that stays with the gateway), and delivery status.
• Seller applications: store name and documents you upload (NID, trade licence).
• Device: IP, browser, and cookies as described in the cookie policy.

To create your session, process checkout, talk to couriers and payment partners, prevent fraud, send order mail, and improve the catalogue. We do not sell personal data.

Vendors and suppliers see the shipping details required to fulfil their lines. Payment gateways see what they need to charge or refund. Couriers see the delivery address. Support staff see tickets you open. Processors are bound to use the data only for that job.

Order records are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require. You can update profile and addresses in your account, request a data export, or ask us to close the account from Help Center. Some records must remain after closure where the law says so.
