About SultanBigBazar

We are not a single warehouse with a single catalogue. Independent sellers list on one storefront, customers check out once, and the platform routes each line to the party that owns the stock.

• Vendors sell their own branded or own-label catalogue and fulfil those orders.
• Suppliers own warehouse inventory and set supplier prices, including stock that dropshippers import.
• Dropshippers resell without holding stock — they set a margin and the supplier fulfils.
• Customers browse, buy, track, and return from one account.

Our office is on Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka 1212. We deliver nationwide. Support is available Saturday to Thursday, 10:00–19:00 BST; Friday is closed.

Sellers apply through the vendor portal. Resellers start from Become a Dropshipper. Shoppers with an order question can use Help Center or Track Order.
