Canon EOS 2000D DSLR with 18-55mm Lens

The camera to learn on: a 24.1MP APS-C sensor, a real optical viewfinder, and full manual controls that are laid out where you can reach them. The 18-55mm kit lens covers most of what a beginner shoots before they know what to buy next.
